Alex worked with us suggesting staging techniques (paint colors, removing items from shelving, etc.), and even had a professional furniture stagers suggest furniture arrangement for our living room. We went under contract in the Private Market the first day we took showings. Alex screened qualified buyers to meet our closing date with no contingency. Alex lined up showings on two different days and we went under contract with the first buyer on the first day. Alex was very responsive answering all of our questions and making suggestions along the way. Once the house went under contract, Vicky took over everything. Vicky made sure an attorney letter was written with all pertinent information and was delivered, with a copy of the fully executed contract to our attorney. All steps towards the sale were clearly explained from inspection timelines, appraisal, survey, etc. Vicky even sent pictures of items we would not be taking when we moved to the buyers to see if they wanted to purchase anything, or if they wanted any of the items we wanted to leave in the house.
